A flat marker also known as a grass marker is usually placed at ground level at the foot of the grave. The marker sits flush with the ground so that a lawnmower can move over them without causing damage to the lawnmower or the memorial.
Some size restrictions may apply depending on the regulations of the cemetery. We can advise and guide you as to what the permitted size for your cemetery.
Typically markers are:
10 x 20 inches, suitable for one name and date

15 x 30 inches, suitable for one name and date
Markers are available in a wide variety of colours. The most common colours are light grey, dark grey, black, red and pink. Other colours are also available.
